I believe that your practice can be enjoyable, successful and balanced. You didnāt go into podiatry to be burnt out but wanted an enjoyable life. Iāve lived too much of my life trying to be like someone else, focusing on surgery because that is what I was āsupposedā to do and was confused about what I wanted out of my practice.
But Iāve discovered that the secret to a fulfilling life and profession is to figure out what you area really good at an what you enjoy and do ONLY that. Delegate or stop doing everything else. This may take some time and planning and new skills but it will give you the most joy in life and in your work. I can help do just that!
